Who We Are
Finetech Enterprises provides single-shop solutions for car interior and exterior parts — spanning mold design, injection molding, and secondary processes on engineering plastic parts used across the automotive industry. Founded in 2004 with a 100 sq.ft EDM spark erosion job-work unit, we have grown into a three-unit manufacturing group across Chennai with an in-house tool room, two injection molding plants, and a dedicated quality and testing infrastructure.

Stage-gated tool design process (P1-P7) from feasibility through mass-production release, using SolidWorks, edge and AutoCAD.
Tool Manufacturing
In-house EDM spark erosion, high-precision wire-cut EDM, and 5-axis & 4-axis VMC machining for dies from 160mm to 1300mm.
Injection Molding
36+ injection molding machines ranging from 40 to 950 tons, across dust-free, epoxy-floored molding plants.
Secondary Processes & Assembly
Assembly and final inspection on engineering plastic parts before dispatch — built around customer DCN and SOP/SIP standards.
Quality & Metrology
Zeiss CMM inspection, video measuring machines, surface tables, melt flow index and moisture testing back every batch.
Prototype & Trial Builds
Full S0-S5 development milestones — DFMEA, mold flow analysis, trial runs, Cpk/Ppk capability studies and PPAP-ready documentation.
